TanmiaPro is the government's platform for managing investment opportunities from first idea through to funded delivery and ongoing monitoring. It brings together the people who originate and approve opportunities, the investors who express interest and negotiate, the professional advisors who support structuring, and the delivery partners who execute — all working from the same records instead of scattered spreadsheets and email threads.

Four portals, one system

• Government workspace — for country administrators, opportunity officers, funding officers, and other government roles who create, screen, approve, and monitor opportunities.
• Investor portal — where registered investor organizations browse published opportunities in the Marketplace, submit Expressions of Interest, and negotiate proposals.
• Professional Advisor portal — where engaged advisors record deliverables and track fee milestones.
• Delivery Partner portal — where the organizations executing an awarded opportunity report progress against project milestones.

Every record moves through a defined lifecycle with built-in approvals, so anyone with the right access can see exactly where an opportunity, expression of interest, proposal, or funding request currently stands.
