Getting started with TanmiaPro

Signing in for the first time

You'll receive an invitation to create your TanmiaPro account. Once you sign in, the platform takes you straight to the portal that matches your role — the government workspace, the Investor portal, the Professional Advisor portal, or the Delivery Partner portal. You do not choose a portal yourself; it is determined by how your account was set up.

Your profile and account

Open your account menu to review your profile details, change your password, and see the organization or country your account is associated with. If any of this information looks incorrect, contact your organization's administrator rather than editing records you do not have access to.

Finding your way around

• A sidebar or top navigation lists the areas available to your role, such as Opportunities, Approvals, or Marketplace.
• A notifications area keeps you informed when something needs your attention — covered in detail in "Tasks, notifications, and what needs your attention".
• Search and filters on list pages help you narrow down large lists of opportunities, EOIs, or requests.
