Country administration overview
Scope of the role
A Country Administrator oversees users, access, and platform configuration for their country. This includes inviting new users, assigning and removing roles, and making sure the right people have the right level of access to opportunities, approvals, and other country-scoped records.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Inviting new users and following up on pending invitations.
- Assigning and removing roles as people join, change responsibilities, or leave.
- Reviewing delegated approval authority when a decision-maker is temporarily unavailable.
- Acting as the first point of contact when a user reports an access problem.
See "Managing users and access" for the practical steps involved, and "Approvals and decision workflow" for how approval delegation works.
