Managing users and access
Inviting a new user
A Country Administrator invites a new user by entering their details and assigning them into the country and organization they belong to. The invited person receives an invitation to set up their account; if it isn't used in time, the invitation can be resent.
Assigning and removing roles
Once a user's account exists, one or more roles can be assigned to them based on their responsibilities — for example, Opportunity Officer, Funding Officer, or Executive. Roles can be removed the same way if someone's responsibilities change or they no longer need that level of access.
Managing account status
A user's account can be suspended if they should temporarily lose access, without deleting their account or history. Reactivating restores their access under the same roles they had before.
Effective access
Because a user's actual permissions come from the combination of their assigned roles, it's worth checking a user's effective access after making a change, to confirm it matches what you intended before you consider the change complete.
