Tasks, notifications, and what needs your attention

What needs your attention now?

Rather than making you hunt through every list for open work, TanmiaPro groups everything that matters to you under one simple question: What needs your attention now? Items are sorted into four buckets so you can quickly tell what's actually on you versus what's just informational.

  • Required from you — actions only you (or your role) can complete, such as a decision to approve, a screening to finish, or a document to upload.
  • Waiting for your attention — items you should review soon but that are not strictly blocking, such as a newly published opportunity in your area.
  • Waiting for others — things you've submitted or started that are now with someone else, so you can track progress without needing to act.
  • For your information — updates worth knowing about that don't require any action, such as a status change on a record you follow.

Notifications

Notifications alert you when a record changes state in a way that concerns your role — for example, an Expression of Interest submitted for review, an approval decision recorded, or a funding request moving forward. Selecting a notification takes you directly to the relevant record.

Checking what needs your attention regularly is the fastest way to stay on top of your responsibilities without needing to remember every workflow by heart.
