Publishing an opportunity

Publication controls

Only an opportunity that has been approved for publication can be published. Publishing creates a snapshot of the opportunity's information at that moment — its own immutable version — so investors always see a stable, accurate picture even if the underlying opportunity record continues to be refined internally.

Choosing visibility

When publishing, you choose whether the opportunity is visible internally only or to investors. Setting visibility to investor makes it appear in the Investor portal Marketplace, where registered investor organizations can review it and submit Expressions of Interest.

Unpublishing

An opportunity can be unpublished at any time, which removes it from the Marketplace while keeping its full history intact. Unpublishing does not delete anything — it simply closes that publication so a new one can be issued later if needed.

See "Finding opportunities in the Marketplace" for how this looks from the investor's side.
