How do I reset my password?

From the sign-in page, select the option to reset your password and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you're already signed in and simply want to change your password, do this from your account menu instead.

If you don't receive a reset email, check your spam folder first, then contact your organization's administrator — they may need to confirm the email address on your account is correct.
